Using Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire as our main 3D design tool,
fully rendered visualisations of the finished design can
be sent direct to the customer for approval. These
visualisations can be used instead of producing
prototypes shortening the time it takes to get products
into the market place. Fully documented and
industry approved 2D drawings are produced for the
clients records.
Our design process is part of our quality system and
conforms in all respect with our ISO9001 accreditation.
Our designers have extensive knowledge of sheet
metalwork and fabrications making them ideally placed to
be able to produce practical and economic designs.
Structural Calculations can be performed on fabricated
assemblies allowing our customers to have full
confidence in the integrity of the design.
Using our design expertise and our experience with
mechanical engineering, we have developed a range of
brackets to interface with the security equipment
specified by London Underground Ltd. Our brackets are
used extensively throughout the underground network and
a new range of budget brackets have been introduced in
the latest catalogue.
